James has recently returned to the United Kingdom after 12 years of being based in Cape Town. He has been consulting, designing and delivering Human Development programmes for over 20 years across 5 continents. His energetic and emphatic style always leaves delegates inspired and ready for change. As a highly experienced facilitator, consultant and executive coach, James brings engaging learning experiences to life to help people meet and exceed their own expectations.

James works globally to develop strategies for clients that can be executed through deliberate culture creation and curation. By leveraging his experience working on large-scale leadership and culture development projects with leading financial services institutions and retail organisations, clients have come to expect nothing short of world-class and uniquely personalised development solutions.
