Currently based in Cape Town, South Africa, James has been consulting, designing and delivering developmental training programs for over 20 years across 5 continents. As a highly experienced facilitator, consultant and executive coach, James brings engaging learning experiences to life with his energetic and empathetic style; always leaving delegates inspired and ready for change.

James works globally to develop strategies with clients that can be cascaded through leaders and deliberate culture curation. By leveraging his experience working on large-scale leadership and culture development projects with leading financial services institutions and retail organisations, clients have come to expect nothing short of world-class and personalised development solutions from him.
